Size L was a nice fit for me and im 187cm tall. Sleeves were a bit too short though. Its not too baggy. The fabric is 95% cotton, 5% spandex so it has a nice stretch to it. Overall you can definitely feel it is a quality product like most tatami products usually are. Would recommend.
